Espen brings a decade of startup and innovation experience to the team. Most recently, Espen co-founded and led 3D printer manufacturer Type A Machines from initial production to seven digit (USD) revenues.
With a background in business and psychology, Espen previously served as Team Leader with the KaosPilots, a Scandinavian school of entrepreneurship described by Fast Company as the “new curriculum for managing change" . Prior to this, his work was oriented around trend spotting as Head of Demolab at iLab, an international knowledge center for new technologies and trends.

Stefani's expertise lies in identifying new opportunities and systems to generate higher efficiency and better customer experiences, and in refining existing systems to generate improved outcomes.
Formerly CFO, in-house counsel and COO for Type A Machines, a provider of additive manufacturing equipment and services. Stefani has developed and managed systems, practices, and staff in areas ranging from manufacturing and inventory management, product fulfillment, accounts payable and receivable, to web store implementation and integration with supporting products and customer support.

Yngve is an experienced, serial entrepreneur and hands-on mentor that builds technology companies from the ground up. He is passionate about challenging teams to pursue opportunities that are hiding in plain sight.
He is a founder and co-founder of multiple international companies - one of them being Norselab, which creates disruptive, fast growing companies that capitalize on the power of the digital age. Norselab is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

Mr. Sande is Chief Executive Officer at Treasure ASA, Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA, and Deputy Director at NorSea Group AS. He also serves on the board of directors for Callenberg Technology Group, for Wilhelmsen Technical Solutions, and is a deputy member of the board of directors of NorSea Group.
Mr. Sande has 16 years of experience in strategy, M&A and investments from both the advisory and investment side. Prior to joining the Wilhelmsen group in 2009, Mr Sande worked as Senior in Corporate Finance for Pareto Securities and Partner & Vice President of Corporate Finance at Alfred Berg ABN AMRO. Mr. Sande holds MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees and a B.Sc. Finance and a BA Business Administration from University of Utah.
Mr. Gordon Short is an Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry. He is a strong business development professional skilled in Sales, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Marketing Strategy, and Business Process Improvement. Gordon has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Management from Central Michigan University. From 1978 to 1988 he worked at General Motors in a variety of operational assignments and was Senior Administrator of Materials Management & Quality for a business unit upon his departure.
In 1988, Gordon became VP of Manufacturing for the US Operations of Japanese owned automotive components supplier Diesel Kiki. In 1989 he was promoted to EVP of a sister company Mattoon Precision Manufacturing and held that position until1998. In 1998 he was appointed Sr. VP & COO of automotive components supplier Pholman Inc. responsible of all operations in three plants.
In 2000 he became President & CEO of METALfx. For over 46 years METALfx has been a leading provider of precision sheet metal fabrications, enclosures and assemblies. In the early years, METALfx, a division of Advanced Manufacturing and Development, Inc., was a primary supplier of chassis, rack mounts, and other networking equipment to Cisco Systems. METALfx learned the importance of diversification the hard way when Cisco moved the majority of their production manufacturing offshore. Gordon joined METALfx shortly after that. Today METALfx is diversified across multiple mainstream markets including Aerospace, Food Service, Industrial, Medical, Semiconductor, Test & Measurement, and Transportation—with no one customer holding more than 15% of revenue. Their 125,000 square foot facility focuses on key performance metrics and offers extensive in-house capabilities including powder coating, silkscreen, wet paint, and plating.
Mr Olufsen is a full-time angel investor and start-up advisor, contributing both strategic and tactical counsel to the companies he funds.
Mr Olufsen’s investments span industrial IoT, adaptive e-learning, AI for digital marketing, drone safety systems, and a market platform for boat rental.
With expertise covering both the public and private sector, Mr Olufsen draws on a diverse background of experiences. Mr Olufsen served as a Captain in the Danish Army and later Operations Officer for UN forces in Macedonia (FYROM), Forward Air Controller for NATO in Bosnia-Herzegovina and later with the Danish Ministry of Defense as Head of Foreign Relations Branch and subsequently Head of Department, Executive Office. Mr Olufsen has worked as a political analyst for the Council of the European Union, speaks five languages and has an education spanning Harvard Business School Executive Education, Copenhagen Business School, the Royal Danish Defense College, The Danish Army and Mr Olufsen also has a M.A. in political science from the University of Copenhagen.
Mr Olufsen has a deep background and network within cyber security and also in the offshore oil industry. This, combined with his knowledge of the maritime industry from his family relations with Maersk, has proven invaluable to Ivaldi for developing a strategic approach to the maritime and offshore markets.
